Terms of Service

Coreplex Design is a business name of Eric Macias (an LLC is pending; these terms will transfer to it once formed). "We" and "us" mean Coreplex Design; "you" means the client or site visitor.
Quotes and scope
Prices on this site are launch prices for the listed packages: Starter $850, Standard $1,275 and Premium $1,870 (one-time project prices). Each project's scope, price and timeline are confirmed in a written quote or our Client Service Agreement before work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payment
Website and app projects need a 50% deposit (non-refundable once work has started) to book your spot and start work. The remaining 50% is due before the site goes live (or before handover). Invoices are due within 7 days. Payments can be made by card or bank transfer through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include any sales tax that may apply.
Late payments
Unpaid invoices more than 7 days past due may be charged a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the highest amount allowed by law, if lower). We may pause work, hold launch, or pause care-plan services until the account is current.
Your materials
You confirm you own or have the right to use the text, photos, videos and logos you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy.
Ownership and handover
Once the project is paid in full, you own your site or app and its content. Until then, all work remains ours. After launch you can take a full handover (code, files, hosting and store accounts in your name, domain, logins and a how-to guide) or stay on a monthly care plan. You can switch from care to handover any time. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Third-party accounts and fees
Domains, app store accounts (Apple $99/year, Google Play $25 one-time) and any paid services are in your name and paid by you. Their own terms apply.
Monthly care plans (auto-renew)
Care plans (Light $100/mo, More $150/mo, App Care $125/mo, App Care Plus $200/mo) are optional, billed monthly in advance, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time with 30 days' written notice by email; service continues through the end of the notice period and no further charges are made after it. Upgrades
Upgrading a package or adding a feature later costs the price difference or the work, plus a $100 upgrade fee.
Warranty and limits
We fix bugs caused by our work that you report within 30 days after launch, at no charge. Otherwise, services are provided "as is." We can't guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party hosts, app stores or platforms, or any specific search ranking, traffic or sales.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us under your project agreement or care plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms; changes apply from the date posted. Signed agreements for an active project follow the version in place when signed.
